Part ID & number needed

Hey fellas,

I'm prepping for my 3L swap & I just noticed that one of the nipples on this part was broken off. Can I get an ID and part # for it. The speech balloon in the pic is pointing to the part.

The part is located on the right/rear of the 2.5L UIM, next to the EGR valve. Thanks.

that is the egr solenoid valve. not sure on the part number but the dealer should be able to look it up. or you should be able to look it up by the discription online.

Also called the EGRVR, (Vacuum Regulator).

Unfortunately our POS parts system lists two different numbers for the 98-00's... it could be either one.

F63Z-9J459-AA

For future reference, the F63Z-9J459-AA part number (vacuum regulator) comes up as a common part for several different Fords.

Price ended up as $23 from Bill J.
