Wiper arm keeps disconnecting. Parts needed to fix?

My wiper arm keeps disconnecting. I've tried various methods of fixing it listed in the forum but it keeps breaking again.

I just don't want to keep fixing it and I don't trust one from a junkyard to last any longer...

One of those hard rubber (?) ball joints. not the one connecting the arm to the motor, but the one right after that. from the motor drive arm to the rest of the assembly.

Got the part after work yesterday and replaced it last night.

Hopefully thats the last time I have to do that.
