I've tried to PM you but your box is full. I sent payment on 11/18 for parts and they still haven't showed up and I haven't heard anything from you. :rolleyes:
 
Has anyone been in contact with him at all? I see he is still signing on everyday. I'll probably end up just opening a PayPal dispute to try and get a refund.
 
I bought an opt. tb from him, said he could have it done quick, worked it out before payment, as he had one on hand. it took forever, I filed a claim with paypal, he sent me a crap tb that wasn't to the service he offered, I got my money back like a month or so later after paypal locked his account.

This is another one of those issue where this guy was a long time standing member who was active so I didn't want to say anything, I knew people vouch for him, like what is going on with icy. There is no excuse for poor selling practices.
 
^ Yah, I remember his old name. Did the pre98 to post98 front end conversion, then POOF he was gone. Few years roll by and he is back, but with a new name....... wierd

Yup thats him, and he got a xcal and flashed the car WITH a chip still in it and it fried the pcm.

ii just got off the phone with him and he doesnt have a computer to pm you nor has he been on.. he can read everything from him phone just cant respond.. he said if u wanted them sooner you could head to my house in springfield ma. hes heading out here or he can ship them to you.. i guess your the one that was buying side skirts off of him and were supposta head to my house to meet him and you never did??..

This wasn't for the side skirts. I know those are at your house waiting to be picked up. I was going to contact you about getting them this weekend when I go to Aircougar Performance to store my car.

This was for SE jack point covers, which I paid him $25 shipped, not for pickup.

He just IMed me a little while ago, so I'm gonna talk to him tonight.

You are right, there is no excuse for poor selling practices. If the seller has a catastrophic event in his/her life, I think it is fair if he asks the buyer for a reasonable amount of time or days to get something out. However, if the buyer wants it now, means to get it shipped out right away must be made! This BS of no communication is terrible. Also, 95pgt-t is in no way, shape or form a long time member in good standing. It is unfortunate that he came across as such to some. He scammed many people back in the day, and a number of people recently. I would never buy a thing from him.
