To have the car pulling noticably to the right after a full suspension install?

My set up:

BAT Springs (4)
BAT Struts (4)
Moog endlinks (front are problem solvers rear are normal)
Boxed subframe
Aussie Bar (with new mounting hardware)
Stock wheels
Kuhmo summer tires

The shop that did the work gave me a print out from their alignment machine that showed it was nearly dead on. Its currently pulling to the right enough that every 2-3 seconds after getting to the center of the lane on the highway, I need to pull the wheel again to keep it in the lane. They told me to run around on it for like two weeks or so to get everything to 'break in' and settle.

My concern is that I am going to *break* (in) some of the brand new parts that went on, or damage something else if I put some major miles on it.

Thoughts?

well you need to remember that roads are crowned and cars will track to the right some. but this sounds like more then that.

does the car seem to follow the road? have you check the brakes to make sure they are not hanging up at all and dragging?

What are the readings from the printout? Camber and/or Caster could cause a pull problem following a suspension install. Post up the readings for the left and right front wheels.

Following what Brapple said, does it pull harder to the side when you hit the brakes?

Check for hot brakes(smell or one wheel, not tire, noticeably warmer than the others. That would indicate something is dragging.

I would have them recheck the alignment. Something may not have been tightened all the way.

That's pretty much the only two culprits.

Well I got news today from the shop that they think one of the belts inside my tire slipped and that is what is throwing it off. The took the tires off and put them on the other side and it pulled to the left. Put them on the first side and it pulls to the right.

Great, so after that work done, its un-enjoyable until I buy new tires for it.
