I Need some help!!!

Im wondering if theres anyone around RI that would like to help me replace the tranny in my 98 Mystique. I can do the work only problem is the only place i have to work in is a 2 car garage and well...my mom refuses to leave her murano outside while i fix the car. So if anyone has a lift they want to rent me or if they want to help as well id be willing to pay and provide food

Is the car still driveable at this point? If you could get get it up to Chicopee Aircougar is the Man for the job. PM him if you need to.

I don't think it is driveable.

I would def invest in towing it to Greg's. He is great at what he does and he does it at a reasonable price!

I still have my tranny too, if you are interested.

yea its def not driveable...which stinks i miss driving it. Im prob going to end up doing it in my garage just wish i had a lift to use.

What type of transmission? auto or manual?

And you don't need a lift, just a nice jack and a pair or 2 of jackstands...

I am currently rebuilding and installing a ATX in a zetec contour, and will be installing a mtx in the morning in a 99 Cougar, which I also swapped in a pre-98 diff right after I type this post!

Its a manual. Probably gonna end up buying the tranny of cannondalemtb and putting some sort of lsd in it. Plus im going to do a stage 1 clutch at the same time.
