Before I throw these 4-bolt control arms in a vise and get out a hammer... can someone please tell me how to remove the pivot bolts?!

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks, DT.

if you are talking about the "bolt" that his horizontal to the subframe that the vertical bolts go though they don't come out, unless the bushing is shot ....

The bushings are shot... in fact they are so bad that they won't rotate at all. So are you saying it's time to get out the hammer?

Thanks, DT.

no, just leave them and replace the LCAs. you cant replace just the bushings in the LCAs

I just want to use these control arms as patterns, so I really need to remove the pivot bolts.

Its been quite some time, but I know there was a CEGer that removed the stock bushings and machined replacements... I just can't recall who it was. Does anyone remember who it was?

Thanks, DT.
