3rd gear synchro replacement

I'm planning on tackling this this weekend. if I can get some other stuff done first. I looked around & couldn't really find any info on which synchro would be for 3rd gear. I saw a shift fork replacement how to w/ some good pics but nothing on the synchro's. Anyone got any tips to make this go quicker. I'm sure I can figure it out but any help to prepare never hurts.
 
Lol, your sure you can figure it out? One would hope to have a better understanding of a transmission before tackling this. You have a press,bearing plate, snap ring pliers, dial indicator etc.....???
 
I was a machinist for 5 years & rebuild industrial machine gearboxes all the time. I've got what is needed or I can pop into the shop to use/get it. I'm pretty sure i can figure it out. I'm not trying to come across cocky here either.

I've had one of these open before but I was just looking didn't actually do anything.
 
I saw that years ago when I was trying to talk myself into doing this the first time. I didn't think about pulling it back up I think I have that saved on my old comp. We do need a sticky at the top of the forum w/ this info though. I'll try to get some real time pics as I go.

I just ordered my parts today so I probably will tear into it this weekend but wont get the parts til mid week.
