Owned. There is still some really effing fishy stuff about this. People need to be owning up. It would have taken you a whopping ten minutes to put those parts in your car if you're REALLY willing to help bagged out and ship these items out! He can always pay you the shipping money up front before you ship them out to everyone. And don't deny you haven't been there dude.

I don't think he made it his obligation, I thing he made it a favor he could do in his spare time.

I wouldn't start trekking off the beaten path looking to hang Jarrod either, he doesn't have to do smack for you guys.

Scott is a cool guy, but it's time to light the fire, Either go get your junk yourself, or start getting the proper people involved (authorities)

It's one thing to respect someone and want to save them all the hard feelings, but consider this your first lay, you ain't never gonna get that again no matter how much your little head keeps thinking about it. It's time to move on.

You are 100% right dude, I hate to admit it,lol but you are. I was just promised by Scott and Jared that it would be taken care of. I just want my damn headlights back, and now I guess I will ahve to file federal mail fraud charges!

I've been to his house about twice since I said I was going to be shipping parts. How do people know how often I travel out to his house? Why is my personal life any of everybody else's concern. Bagged made the mistake of spreading himself too thin, I TOLD him I think he was taking on too much work when he was taking hightower orders, and he told me he could handle it.

I have gotten a couple of PMs, I have 2 sets of headlights to ship plus Ryan's projectors, there was a thread a while back where pictures were taken of the two sets of hightowers that are ready to go out. I will admit I have plum forgotten to grab the hightowers while I was there, like I said I have had other things in my mind. I'm an extremely forgetful person; I know its a terrible excuse, but its true... Usually when I go over there i'm hanging out with my friend, I go over there to relax and BS with a friend. Not to get down to business, its the last thing on my mind.

I told everybody who is getting parts from me, my time is extremely limited, I work, I go to school I have family and on top of that other personal activities that make it difficult to find time to drive an hour to pick up car parts to ship out for other people. usually when I go there its for an evening and I get back late at night. Lately I haven't had time for that, Also Ryan's projectors are at his shop in Detroit, I have seen them, they are sweet. I have been getting on him about bringing me the projectors, whenever I do bagged tells me, and I quote, "take it easy, Ryan hasn't paid me ANYTHING for these headlights at all, not even the regular hightower fee... hes getting a free set of headlights, plus its not like the car needs them to run or anything." Im waiting on bagged getting the headlights from his shop in Detroit.

Furthermore, everybody is now trying to hunt me down, tell me... Everybody that has BOUGHT car parts from me, have you gotten them quickly? Have you gotten what you expected? Have I in any way wronged anybody? No! I haven't! I don't conduct business like that. The big issue is I don't have the parts in my hand to ship them, I don't have addresses, I don't have names, only 2 people Pmed me about headlights aside from Ryan, and now all of the sudden people are hunting me down!

If I had the headlights sitting in my bedroom right now, I would be hunting down a box to throw them in and ship them out, provided I had shipping info and names for those headlights.

Here is whats going to happen. After Wednesday things should start to clam down for a short time, Those of you who bagged owes headlights send me a PM with your name, the color of headlights you ordered and you shipping info. I will get the headlights and get them sent to you.

Ryan, I will continue to talk to bagged until he remembers to get your projectors from his shop. At least you didn't have to pay anything to wait 8 months to get your headlights.

I do apologize on bagged's behalf for the events, I wish I could have done more sooner for those in need, I also realize that I have sort of pussy footed around with this, and the reason for it has merely been its not the first thing on my mind, like I said earlier I merely forget that I have had to do this. I have made a couple of mistakes here in announcing publicly that I was doing this work for bagged, I should have privately contacted the parties in question and dealt with them that way. But of course, hindsight is always 20/20.
 
See thats the thing, he thinks cause I dont "need" them that I can wait, I think 8 months is damn long enough. And we agreed that he would ship them to me and then when I got them come to an agreement on a price to pay for the work done to them, and now 8 months later I havent gotten anything. I should get them for free, but I am a man of my word and will pay what they are worth after I get them and see the work thats been done. Money isnt a problem, its about principal now. I have always said he is a good guy, its been months since they were "done" he has been to car shows since then, so the excuse of he is too busy to get them or ship them dosent fly with me anymore. All I want is my damn headlights back, thats all. Not too much to ask I dont think. I have been MORE than patient thus far but my patience shouldnt be confused with weakness, cause soon the patience will turn into a courtroom discussion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not mad at you Jared, I know what its like to be busy!

Definitely not instigating anything. I helped this situation take a step forward today. It sickens me that some of the good members of CEG are being screwed over.

Great, would you like a cookie? All I'm trying to do is help these HONEST individuals out who have paid and are waiting for their product! At the least they deserve the truth instead of getting jerked around!

Don't even put yourself in "the right" on this one, cuz you're most definitely wrong.
 
Time out guys....in the words of that famous punching bag "can't we all just get along"

Zorrex isn't trolling or escalating this problem. His posts here read to me that he is trying to help BOTH sides here put a resolve to this issue.

Good people involved here, there are no villians. An impartial mediator is just what is needed to get communications started again.
