i was over at neco and another member had been ripped off by someone, not bagged. i was reading the thread and a mod suggested filing a complaint with the FBI. i was wondering if anyone was still waiting for parts for him and have recieved little to no contact from him and would be willing to file a complaint against him. im going to file one later tonight and want more people to follow so we can all resolve bagged's negligence to his sales. he seems to be avoiding NECO now and no one can get in contact with him.

mail fraud basically (which there is no such thing as petty when it comes to that)...i'd hope it doesn't go that far. bagged is a good dude. apparently slow, but a good dude.

if you can't get in touch with him, then maybe a local ceg'er who does talk to him personally can deliver a message.

it's really none of my business, so maybe i shouldn't be saying anything but i wouldn't want to see the man in trouble with the law over some car parts that werent received fast enough.

It is all I hear about you day in and day out. "bagged this" "bagged that" - I am glad I never bought anything from your slow ass :D
 
bagged is cool. he has a bunch of contour punks calling him about stupid parts. keep in mind he just moved, he has tons of cars of his own, guys in michigan bugging him every day, and he's also got a wife and a son to take care of. if you tried calling him and leaving a nice message that didnt say "gimme my parts" you might get a call back. funny, i ALWAYS get a call back, i ALWAYS get the part i need, and i HARDLY pay anything for it. bagged is cool but he's hard to get ahold of, and sick of you guys freaking out because your headlights are not done yet or w/e.
 
I am at the point where I dont give a damn anymore what the hell he is "going through" he has had mine for almost 4 months, 3 weeks ago he said he was done all he had to do was reseal them and he was going to take pics and send them that night and I havent heard from him since, he wont return my pm's, texts, or voice mails.

I have met him too and I dont care how cool you are or laid back you are, when you say you are going to do something, BE A MAN AND DO IT period! I have been more than patient with him soo far, he was supposed to have them done months ago at sz and that didnt happen, but I understood the amount of work that was needed as he claims to get them done right and his moving and all. Well its now been almost 4 months and I want them done and sent back to me.

I have to swap headlights with my black car everytime I wanna drive the silver one, I meen its a hastle that I shouldnt be dealing with anymore and I am sick and tired of it. He knows how to get ahold of me and he just plain has been avoiding me just like my deadbeat debtors I have to deal with at work do on a daily basis.

At this point its been sooo long I dont want an update or anything, I want them finished and sent back to me within the next week!!!!!!!!!!
