Ok iv done the research and could not find anything about where the resister is located at or how much they cost on my 98 svt. Maby i didn't find anything becuase im very impatient but could somone help me? My blower switch only works on high and someone is going to look at my car today about buying it and i would like to have it fixed! thanks!

I like to never found mine either, on a regular '98. It's buried to the left of the blower motor assembly. Get down under glove box (or pull glove box door to where it drops down, so can see way back there to the left) and look behind the main bulk of the air control box. It's pretty close to the firewall, about 5-6 inches in deeper than the blower motor itself, which is behind glove box. It's to the left of blower, look for a verticle plate with wires going to it and one Torx type screw holding it in. You can change it in a minute or two, once you find the freakin' thing.

Ok i pulled it off as described and i tryed my blower for kicks and giggles and it still only works on high. Shouldn't the blower not work at all when i unplug it??

Earlier 'tours all resisted power runs thru blower motor, then ground, '98 later circuit changed to power thru motor first then resistor and ground, with a bypass ground lead for blower high. These people like to spend millions it seems just to change something up so it's "new and improved".
