so I had access to a service manual and now cant seem to get the CD back so can somebody give me the torque specs on the timing cover and valve cover bolts and oil pan as well. thanks alot

torque specs

Front Cover - 25 Nm
Valve Cover - 10 Nm
Oil Pan - 25 Nm
Note: There is a specific order in which to tighten all of these. I suggest you find yourself another CD. Maybe if I get bored tomorrow I can post the pictures up.

if its like a head then its from the center out, But if you could post pics that would be great.

ok I forgot that I also need the specs for the cam bolts and the head bolts... do you have this stuff in ftlbs also

I think the cam caps are 10 N-m, IIRC that is 80-85 in-lbs, or about 7 ft-lbs.
You'd be better off checking the CD rom though.
The head bolts are a 3 step process and you'd better get a picture of that too.

Pick up a $20 chiltons manual. It goes over all the specs and gives you the sequences. You should be able to get it at any autoparts store.
