One thing that i wanted to do when i first got my CSVT was change out the headlights. Like pretty much everyone else mine were yellowing and barely emitted any light. SO I called up Tousley Ford and get 2 new head light assemblies for $110 a side. Not bad considering they were OEM Ford units. So i was washing my car today and went to one of the coin jobs, and took my time. After I finished up did a quick walk around to make sure I got everything, and I looked at one of the lights and there was condensation on the inside if the light! I was a little upset to say the least. What are some of your guys recommendations, cause right now I'm a little :nonono: .

You know, I get so pissed off when things like taht happen to ME, sometimes I just want to take the piece of crap I bought and throw it through one of their plate glass windows (like the pos imac I bought a few years back).

Disclaimer: DON'T do that though!

But seriously, call them up and see what they have to say, you might get lucky and they'll replace it.

well i know it's a year old but i doubt they'll do anything. your best bet, probably is going to take the light heat it up, and reseal it yourself.

I had a brand new Ford OEM headlight from Team Ford do that. Water leaked in after the first washing.

I was told by Bill J. it was covered under warranty for one year. I sent it back and got a replacement from them and it was fine the second time around.
