Anyone going to Mid-Ohio this weekend for the Emco Gears Classic and the Triple Crown Tuner challenge?

I went last year and had my car in the show, I am also going down this friday to watch qualifying. Not showing this year, couldnt keep the car clean last year and the judges were very anal! Cool thing about the show if you register you can pay an extra $25 and get to participate in some spirited driving around the track.

Shoot me a PM if anyone is going to be going down there, I am mapping out a nice country cruise through some twisties for the ride down.

For future reference, My moms work is a sponsor of the track and I get free tickets with VIP access from time to time if anyone is interested in attending other events down there. VIP gets you tours of the track/pit area, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 4th floor tower access with air conditioning!
 
I highly recommend anyone that can make it to go . . . It's a great time. Normally I'm there because we usually run in the Emco Gears Classic, but this year, our Koni Challenge class isn't running in it, only the ST class. My team (Rehagen Racing) will be there with a bunch of cars for the Mustang Challenge race though, but I won't be able to make it.

yeah there are TONS of races and a whole bunch of different classes, something for everybody! I have a better camera this year, I should be able to actually get the race cars in the view finder and snap the pic before they are out of sight! :blackeye:

this is a great time and anyone who can make it should. also shoot me a pm if you need some "twisties" down this way i have alot of good roads mapped out
 
they messed up at the gate, I ended up leaving with a ticket for today as well. If anyone is wants it come get it FREE!
