What would cause a jumpy speedometer??
1995's were the only cars that had cable driven speedos. I'm guessing the cable is shot or in need of some lubrication via dry graphite.
Don't be surprised if you find the cable connector broken at the firewall side or the intermediate cable side (the one from the firewall to the cable from the tranny).Yes, i do have a cable driven speedo and an mtx. what would it take to lubricate the cable?
