whatever man, I drove 17 hours along with my New England crew for SZ..so quit ur whining!

sorry if i have better things to do then to spend several days driving to something that last for several hours.
dont get me wrong i love the site ang love my car but for me way to far and would be spendiny way to much money that i dont have to spare

And he'd have to drive twice that.
I don't mind driving ~1000 miles to get there, but ~2300 would be a bit much unless I just really had a lot of time and money on my hands.

has everyone already forgotten about marty (groovenerd) that drove from washington state I believe it was to SZ last year

I'm not trying to argue or anything, but Marty drove from Oregon. He has definitely raised the bar on SZ road trips. If I can pull it off I would like to attend a SZ. You all know the new saying,........"If Marty can do it.." :).

Some day

That's cool that he could do it. Like my post basically said, not everyone has that much time/money to do it. There's no reason to jump on somebody for not going just because some body else did go. If it's real important to anyone, you could probably pay for his trip and lost work time, and I bet he'd show up.

not trying to jump on anyone, just making sure that people know someone has driven that distance to come to SZ so it isn't completely unreasonable ...
