The SVT 2.5 were something like 2547cc and reduced to something slightly less than 2500cc to be in line with European tax classifications. This change came in mid 99 and was in force for the entire 2000 model run. The compression was bumped from 10.00:1 to 10.25:1 to retain the power level.
The bump in power from 195 to 200 was at the beginning of the 1999 model year, and was due to enhanced extrude honing.
