From the image below, I want us to basically have this done, and a how-to made. It appears like the stock dash has just been cut up to adapt an LCD screen in the middle, and that's a mod I'd like to do...

I think this can be taken and done as a do-able mod for everyone, any input?

Yeah really.

While we're at it, can we get a how-to for making a M3 front bumper for a Contour? :troutslap:

Why do you always seem to be wantin to do like 1000 projects with your car at the same time? One step at a time man.

The top Lcd could probably be done relativly easily (need to take out stereo, the storage drawer, etc. there)

and of course have a unit that is the right dimensions. (If I'm right in thinking the dash is otherwise OEM)

If you are refering to the bottom screen, the center consol is all custom fiberglass work. (something you "could" do at home, but is beyond the average modder.)

Okay, that in dash above, is a flip out, which we've established already, it would be dumb to do otherwise and lose HVAC, unless you want to lose all comfortability of daily driving. At first I thought maybe it was pioneer, but that knob on the lower left of the screen doesn't look right, maybe an only kenwood?? not sure.... but defiantly a flip out, the lower is a panasonic... don't see where the ps2 is, probably glove box.... The back seat looks partly use able, but it would probably be uncomfortable as hell. It's a show car though, and a very nice one at that.... two thumbs up, really like the rim/brake/tire shot there... that looks sweet.

WTF its a eclipse 7002, or 7001 since they are the same thing. You don't see the PS2? its sticking out from the glove box
