eh, the market is still regulated pretty tight by the state. The rates still don't different that much from carrier to carrier. Keep an eye on the different incentive packages offered by the various carriers....they can differ greatly.

Be careful, I just heard that a complaint has been filed by the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents regarding the policy/aplication procedure that Progresive is using. Also watch for quotes that are based on 6 month terms and not 12.
