Can the speaker grilles be popped out?

I know you can only access the speakers by taking the whole panel out.. but can the grilles be popped out from the back or are they molded in?

I wanna use the grilles as a base to glass over.. so I can mount the speakers and then just pop them in.

Nah started glassing just a few months ago so I still have a lot to learn. Fun though, with enough time I could get the same product as the picture.

I could break the welds but mounting it would be a pain. I was hoping it could snap in. I'll probably pop the grille out and make an mdf frame so i can screw it to the door.
