fitting a contour hood in a contour!?

i know the concept is a bit dumb but i dont have a truck to pick up my hood and trunk and neither do any of my buddies. the only other car that i could use is a 99 acura TL. so has anyone ever attempted this?
 
it will fit. You just have to turn it a certain way but it will fit. Have to put it in sideways. Pm for more info lol.
 
Yes it will fit if you have fold down seats. Icy and I know because that's how I got the cf hood he bought from me to him, lol. It takes a little manuvering, but it will work.
 
well its good to know that other people have done this. so i guess it will be hood in the back seats and trunk in the trunk or front seat. thanks for the info

one thing i learned about the contour over my years of ownership, is that if it fits goes ON the car, it fits IN the car lol!
