98 Contour door lock problems

Hi,

I have 98 Contour SE, I am having trouble with my door locks. When I try to unlock the doors all the doors unlock then lock again. I can't keep them unlocked unless I pull the fuse.

I hav this on my drievrs door... It has to do with resitance while opening. WHen the locks try to open and face a resistance ( like a sticky mechanism ) they lock again. Much like when you unlock and someone tries to open the door at the same time...they reverse and lock again. so I would recommned you lubricate your mechanisms...do they tend to work better after they have been used a few times?

Hey thanks never thought about that will give it a try. Right now I have my hands full with a head job on a VW Passat.
