so... its an electronic lawn mower sound reproducer? Because that's all it did.
 
Not quite.. the bass is so low in distortion, and the low frequencies produced by it can't be picked up by normal mics. So in reality, its an insane driver, that's loud and clean.. Whenever you hear speakers on videos, you're hearing mostly distortion.

the reason it's making that noise is because he's playing a 10hz tone, 10hz is below human hearing and all you hear is the mechanical noise of the woofer, and the air its moving.
 
I've been a big fan of RE Audio for a min, only because I can't find an Adire retailer in my area lol.
