Motor Question - Help Needed

Hello guys,
Quick question, please excuse my ignorance of auto mechanics. My SVT motor is shot, I need a new engine. I dont have a ton of cash to replace it and I am not to concerned with going super fast. Will this engine work without a huge hassle, Im hopping for a straight drop in. Thanks

Yeah, but you may be able to get a 3L for less as there are more of them floating around.
