still clunking

from march last year i replaced rack and pinion wich comes with new inner tie rods, replaced outer tie rods, lcas with new ball joints, new struts, springs, strut mounts, strut bearings, end links and new tires. when i turn my wheel i get a deep thump/clunk sound from front passenger side and can feel it through the floor. when im making a tight left turn (wheel turned all the way) at very slow speed the car seems to slip or jump like i ran over a rock or a small patch of ice. this is getting very aggravating and i have no clue what this could be. :help::help::help:

Check your CV axle, both inner and outer joints. More so the inner where it meets with the intermediate shaft.

i will check the axle as soon as i get a chance but would an axle do this even at a stand still?
