99 Mystique AT problem

first of all the car is a 1999 Mecury Mystiqe, 2.5 v-6, automatic transmisson
I have a leak on my transmission. It is located on the bottom of the transmission case, and it is near the front. the part is a round piece that is held on by a snap ring that kind of looks like a circlar end of a can. does anyone know what it is and what is behind it. Thx for the help

Easy,
It’s the servo seal, should be about $180 to have a tranny shop replace it. Can be done in place.
