Our 98 CSVT has a a very slow moving (forward and back) driver seat that I'm not sure what to do with. It moves very well in all the other positions just very slow, sometimes we have to push it to get it moving! The biggest problem is my wife is 5'2" and I am 6'3" so the seat is ALWAYS being adjusted depending on who drives!! Any cures, other than removing it and checking the tracks out?

its probably the seat motor that needs replacing.

What's a good way to check IF it is the motor? There are times when it seems to work OK but other times it is VERY SLOOOOW moving, almost jammed up, like the rails are bent or something. How hard are they (motors) to change out?
