when I hit a bump , I get this chirping that sounds like crickets from in my dash or stearing assembly. Most of the time CD is playing to loud to even come close to hearing it, but if I have it off or low its kinda annoying to listen to.

there are many things that can squeak.

The best thing you can do is just narrow it down by driving without the radio on.

Crickets are good luck in several cultures. If you don't need good luck, you might want to check and see if your dash pad is rubbing on the windshield since you have a 2000 which could be starting to warp its dash. If that's not it you might have to get a rubber mallet and start beating on things to see if you can locate the cricket. Squeaks and rattles are very hard to find unless it's something obvious like loose body parts.

I know it sucks, cuz its more then just a squeak here and there, so sometimes hit a bumpy patch I will try pushing or fooling around with it to at least get a idea where what area it may be coming from...but yea radio works well for now lol

mine does too, I narrowed it down to the trim bezel where the dash clock and the air vents are, remove it, put some cloth around in the inside of the trim to make a tighter seal, fixed mine.

my high pitched squeak was usually the cd player, since mine were aftermarket, the metal cage would rub something causing the squeak.

just sitting in the driveway wiggle stuff around the interior, when you recreate the sound, you found the problem.
