How replace trunk shocks?

Hmmm. Any hints on replacing trunk shock absorber thingys? Back end ok, but front end is so close to everthing...

Get in the trunk. That's the only way. Use a little screwdriver.

I attacked it from the rear seat with the seats folded down.

you could aslo step off to the side of the car at each shock position and work from that point if your tall enough

I have fold down seats, so I lied down in the trunk with my feet out over the top of the seats. Take a look at the new trunk struts... you have to get the screwdriver in that little gouge where the clips are, and pop them off. Then whack the strut and it'll pop off the trunk arm.
