How to remove suspention?

I just had a shop put in my eibach springs and BAT struts about 3 weeks ago and now my SVT is totaled. I need to remove my suspension my self so i could sell it. Does anyone have any tips or any how-to's on how to remove them?

Use a hammer. Works every time. I mean, its already totalled, right?

it helps to have the car sitting normal..no jack or jackstands. it should losen right up.

well I mostly use my lug nut T-wrench ... the one that has four different size

Got a question for ya... What are you going to do once you get the springs/struts off? Your car's totalled you said, are you gonna be able to put the stock springs/struts back on? gonna be kinda hard to move the car if you can't. just making sure you considered that. and how much you want for them?...when you get them off of course
