The Worst Time and I found a way right into it!

I fixed my previous post which refers to the address! Just kept I know where he is! Sry LUCA didnt know that was possibly part of the rules. Ehhh!

It's not part of the rules. I was just making a suggestion. :)
I was concerned that people that aren't members of this site may see the info and come looking.
It's happened to another member before, I can't remember if his car was stolen or they just broke in and stole the newly installed equipment that he'd posted about. IMO, its better to take the side of caution when divulging location info.
Kind of a "better safe then sorry" thing.

LMAO, I'm not worried about the car going missing. Lojack, pager alarm and insurance :cool:

Now on the other hand If my GSXR1000(my pride and joy) went missing, I'd have a $|-|IT Fit. Can you say postal? :crazy:
 
Damn sounds like you've had a rough couple of days! Fight through the troubles, you'll work it out, and have a 3L to boot!
 
Thanks ZeroHour. Ya everything actually seems to be fine @ the moment! Just awaiting those court dates to come in! Jan 9th.... Im not to scared but judges over there are really gay. No wonder they have all have Chargers for police cars! Damn County Cops!

QUESTION: When arriving to court, I know not to say GUILTY, but should I say GUILTY w/ EXPLANATION or NOT GUILTY?

Everyone in Astoria has a bike, WTF! LOL! Ya man those bike are sweet! Nice! Dude Im from Jersey City, NJ a couple towns away from NEWARK, NJ(the highest vehicle theft in the US).

My friends Prelude had Lo-Jack, Viper Alarm with the warning remote and a boot on his Rim. Car got stolen from in front of his house. He was in the house grabbin something to drink for 20 minutes! Car gone from Elizabeth and wound up in Newark stripped in 3 days! Cops were trying to charge to run prints and pursue it(LOL)! My friend took the loss and took the insurance money!

Do NOT say guilty. You will plead not guilty. You are entitled to put on a defense and that defense will be your insurance card, your registration card, proof of repairs and proof the you got the car inspected right after getting it out of impound. Stress the fact you got it done right after getting it out of impound!

I have one question, how were you going to get the car inspected that day (the day you got pulled over) when you didn't have a valid registration or insurance card?
 
I didnt know that the insurance card or the registration was expired! That is my mothers car and my father takes care of everything for it! She basically almost gave it to me in High School cause i just kept on using it!

but regardless! The insurance is taken care of by my father!

The CSVT is another story! I take care of that with my mother since its under her name!

Almost blowing your SVT wasn't enough, the Chevy had to give you that trouble... I hope the swap will go just fine!
 
One more thing, you are probably going to be asked about the insurance card: Since you didn't have it with you how were you going to get the car inspected?
You didn't know until you were pulled over, that's when you realized that you didn't have the current card. You would have called your dad and had him bring it to the inspection station, right? ;)

Going to postpone the court date till TWO weeks after my engine swap!:shrug:

Cant really take a hit cause i have just enough cash for everything....

Hopefully this creates a mess for the cop and he cant be @ the court to try 2 defend himself/prosecute me!!!!!!!!!:rolleyes:
