Bumper Paint

Anyone know of a good cheap place to get front and back bumpers painted? Anyone here do it themself for cheapish in the area? I'm guessing you wouldnt have to get really topend paint for just bumpers, especially with a '96 with 150k.
How much you think front and back bumper covers(themself) would run from around here?

Hey, my old car! What happened to the bumpers? And I would assume that he is still around the Southeast Michigan area for good paint locations. I think he was from somewhere up in Holly?
