This is why I bought my SUV before my next fun car. I could care less about the salt!

that's the one thing i miss the most about my beater explorer...even though your truck is in alot better shape that it was. i beat the piss out of that thing...didn't give a crap and neither did the truck!

Last time I tried swimming in Superior I about froze, and I think it was late June/early July. Heck, lake Michigan is bad enough in July and it's nowhere near as cold as the big lake is.

Driving to work early Black Friday, the interstate was barely wet but the bridges were frozen. I saw 5 wrecks on 2 bridges. Remember the bridges freeze first and if you're not careful, you'll be in trouble before you know it.

Besides, winter sucks anyway when your SVT is a daily driver.
