I found this on the ground under my '95 2.5L Mystique after I was working on it!! Does it look like anything that came from the car, and, if so, what/where?

Looks like the 1995 VSS cable connector. If you speedo is fine, then it is an old one.

Wow, I just replaced the VSS, the speedometer gear, and the lower speedometer cable (which fixed shifting problems), I didn't see this part anywhere, my VSS cable connector is three wires into a triangular connector...

Mechanical speedometer works fine now; previously cable had been broken.

IF it seems to come from this car, where does this white thing go? Doesn't have to be from car, could be coincidence, something else...
