Aftermarket front bumper

My friend hit my car and the front bumper is scratched up and there is a small (nickel size) hole in it. I took it to one shop to get a quote and they said they'd easily be able to fix the bumper. My friend made me get an estimate at another shop and they said they were going to get a new aftermarket front bumper for $90. I said I thought SVT bumpers were no longer made and the guy said it depends who you talk to. I'm extremely weary of getting a cheap aftermarket bumper. Is this possible? I still think he is thinking of an SE bumper.

just have the hole patched and be done with it, never heard of an aftermarket stock SVT bumper

No one makes SVT bumper except Ford. I don't think you can even get one refurbed. Called tons of bumper shops to see if they can get them. Never any luck.

same here ive got a local dist. one of my freinds works at and svt bumper is a no go
