Right now I have a spec stage II clutch and lightweight flywheel. I'm considering going back to a stock clutch, will this lightweight flywheel give me any problems?

You won't have any problems at all if you buy a new steel insert for the flywheel ($50). You can't resurface a LW flywheel properly. The steel insert has a little bit of room for resurfacing, but then you need the mating surface where the pressure plate contacts the flywheel to be resurfaced and that CANNOT be resurfaced due to being aluminum! It would normally cost $35 or so to get it resurfaced, so just by the $50 steel insert and you won't need to get anything resurfaced.

Stock clutch with LW flywheel is a GREAT combo for any 2.5 or 3L NA motor. I would go with that setup again in a heartbeat if I was ever building another NA motor.
