Anyone using Zerex G-05? I understand that I would need to do a complete flush and fill. If not, any recommendations?

Use G05 without fear. Ford has back specked it back to 99. Zerox claims it to be a universal anti-freeze. It has been original equipment for Mercedes since the 80's and on Chrysler since 99. It is a much better coolant than the factory fill green stuff. A thorough flush is not a bad idea.

Thanks for the input. It just seemed like from the Forums on Bob Is the Oil Guy that mixing was not recommended because it negated some of the properties of the G-O5. I will do a complete flush just to be safe. As a side question, what's the opionion of those flush solutions. I'm the second owner and I'm not sure what maintenance was done the first 5 years of the car.

Unless you have a dirty system, a water only flush is fine. See how much sediment you have when you drain the system. If it is clean and bright, don't worry about any chemicals. If it needs a flush, the Prestone fast flush works well. It is citrus based. If you do use any chemicals, a thorough flush is even more critical to get the chemicals out.
