part of the reason why i want to start a local classifieds, it might make it easier for everyone to find parts. as for a SF jack cover, i'll be sure to let u know if i see one, but no promises on it being SF though.

as for outing ur car, if u look at the post times. the pics from recoveryone posted first.

I agree on the local classified thing (I just wanted to give you grief). Perhaps we can set one up for NoCal and one for SoCal, that way if there is a very special find in one area we can band together and just make on trip to the other area if necessary.

My brother and I plan on starting to hit the local pic-a-parts with some regularity to try and find some CSVT's the minute they hit the lot (I seem to have developed a need for a back up engine at the track). I also know I want body panels.

Perhaps we should also start a local "part wanted" thread so those of us who are out there in the yards can keep an eye out for the guys who do not currently venture out into them.

i don't think theres enough of us, even in this big state, that would require a NorCal and SoCal thread. Plus this would make it easier just to search 1 thread. just my .02.
