Does anybody know what the correct DPFE sensor output should be during the KOER test on a 95 Duratech. Mine is .7 to .8 with the engine running then it jumps to 1.0 when the egr is activated. I keep getting code 332 and need to know what value is expected.

Thanks

Thanks Tony. I already ran that test and it checks out fine. I was wondering how much it is supposed to go up when the KOER test cycle applies vacuum to the EGR valve. Mine goes from .8 to 1 v during the test and I don't know if that's normal. I've pretty much narrowed it down to a wiring problem from the sensor to the PCM but wanted to know what normal is.

The 1996 Duratec DPFE sensor signal is 0.20 to 1.30 V at hot idle. I don't know if the 95 is the same.

Found some info from Chiltons. DPFE info is applicable for OBDI (95) and OBDII (1996 onwards).

At hot idle, a code is set if the DPFE sensor signal is under 2.60 V or if it is more than 4.20 V.

PSI, Inches HG, Volts.
1.82, 3.70, 4.75
1.36, 2.79, 4.38
0.91, 1.85, 4.00
0.46, 0.94, 3.63
0, 0, 3.25
-2.47, -5.03, 1.22
-3.63, -7.40, 0.25

Hope this helps.

Thanks, sounds like the output is normal so I can eliminate the DPFE and flow restrictions. Sounds like it's wiring to the computer (computer already replaced)
