Can't find How-to for Rattle

I remember a while back coming across a How-to article on a common rattle from behind the A/c vents.

Well, now my car seems to have developed a rattle in this region, but that How-to article is nowhere to be found. Or at least it doesn't come up under "rattle" when I use the search for the How-tos.

Could someone help me out? Thanks

You probably need to remove the Instrument panel or dashboard to put some foam in between the vent and the chassis or vent and the Instrument panel/dashboard.
