Need to replace what I think is called the rear lower control arm for the rear passenger side suspension. Any help would be appreciated!!

So buy it and put it on. LOL! Pop off axle nut, tie rod end, and pop out the ball joint. Undo the 2 bolts or 4 depending on what year you have. You can loosen some bolts enough to get a sawzall to cut it. It will hit the trans on the 4 bolt. Then install the new bolts upside down.

just buy a new one from Ford, I don't think they are to pricey ...

also the above instructions are for the front lower control arms not the rear.

Call Steve at Tousley Ford -- 800-328-9552. He'll get you a fine price on the rear control arms with bushings.
 
I have a pair sitting in my basement ready to go on when I change my rear subframe and 21mm sway bar! Gosh I hate having like 1500 bucks of things in my basement and no time to put them on!!!

My rear Controls arms are nice and bent on both sides!
