Detail day :)

well, I had to wait for a couple of parts while my car was taken apart on the rear disc conversion kit, so I had my dad's car for a couple of days (as he owns 3 cars). I told him in exchange I would detail his car and fill it up with gas when I brought it back to him.

Decided to clean her up a little bit

I know the suspension is a little.... lopsided right now, But thats because I havent installed the fronts yet. After doing the rears by myself, I decided to wait a couple of weeks before I do the fronts, and have a 2nd set of hands and some better tools would also make the work a little less stressful.

My thoughts. You definetely could have done better on the engine bay. And why in the hell didnt you take pics of it outside?

BTW, the zippy zetec is looking good.

Maybe I'll have you detail my SVT, I think i'm just too damn busy to do it myself, or not motivated or something. Hit me up on AIM for package prices.

I could have done better on the engine, but he didnt care about the engine bay, so I sprayed some simple green in there and hosed it off. Did the job.

Interior shots.... the interior wasnt really dirty at all. So I did a quick vaccuming and cleaned the carpets with some carpet cleaner, hit the dash with some Meguiars Quik interior detailer and left it at that.

He was happy. BTW, thanks burt. Soon it will have some SE skirts and the front will be dumped too. I dont know why people are complaining about the Eibach springs, I love them so far.

Too bad i am too busy to do my car. I guess leaving it garaged makes it pointless to wax after soo many months.

Aw well by the end of this summer i will have you come out and take care of my car. Thats for sure.

Nice job though man, and I loved the Eibachs on both of my Contours....I'm even going to be throwing Eibachs on the Grand Prix soon...

NXT does attract dust.

Which is why Put a layer of Z6 over the NXT to prevent that

You get the deep shine of NXT and the deep shine of Z6, without any of the dust attracting qualities.

Did you just make up that ZFX soloution before the pic? or has it been laying around since the last time you detailed? iirc Zaino say's that when you are done with an application, to clean out the little bottles within 12hrs.

I had just mixed it.

I did read the manual before using the Zaino kit for the first time Haroon

This makes me sad though, I am pratically out of Zaino now, I need to order another kit I was thinking about trying the new Zaino AIO and combining it with the Z2 and Z5 and Z7 and Z6.

My god, the car would look like it has a layer of chrome on it :drool:
