guess who's got an in at the air show... this guy.
yea, my buddy charters flights at willow run, so he's getting us on the infield on some ramp, pretty much next to the planes, he says. couldn't promise, but said he'd look into shaking hands with the angels and whatnot. definitely gonna be a good time being on some ramp or next to the runway or something, couple chairs, couple coolers.

good times. :)
 
You know what really chaps my a-hole, my supervision makes us set up booths at the local airshows to "showcase my shop." It's pretty much being voluntold to do something that I'd rather not do. Because they make us come in uniform and most times this is on our days off. it's ridiculous!

Anyways the Thunderbirds are better, Air Force owns all. Have fun at the show they usually are fun when your not forced to go.
 
Worst air show ever! And most expensive. Luckily I didn't pay. They better build a nice museum for that money.
 
Ya it sucked for the most part. 16 and angels only thing worth a damn.

Ya the Angels were good as usual. I was dissapointed with Fat Albert. The F-16's are cool, but seen it a million times. Only 4 planes on display, and you could only go in one, and it cost $5!

Selfridge should be better.
 
LOL if i would have had a car then I would have come out. Im not riding for 3 hours to come back the next day.

Are you shooting out here this weekend?
