toledo streets SUCK!!!!!

i was driving down heather downs today and **** a pothole/poorly fixed street work and did some damage to teh contour. any chance i can get teh city to compensate me for the repairs......btw the roads in toledo suck. once i can im moving the heck outta here

Where on Heatherdowns? I try to avoid Toledo all together.. especially lowered with the Mirko. Sylvania/ Holland/ Perrysburg is fine :laugh:

right at the coner of h-downs and cass going away from jeds. it sux im gunna try and get the city to comp me. but i know thoes are slim chances

Extremely slim chances.. I think I have only heard of someone getting comped once

i used to live down there last year... i had a pothole break the shocks on my old accord, couldn't get any help from the city on that one either.

There were just working on that a few weeks ago too. That's pretty sad :blackeye:

I remember on some other forum a guy bottomed out his RX7 and badly bent the frame.. there was a manhole in the middle of the lane and the gravel around it was raised about a foot. He had tons of evidence and I still don't think he got a good settlement :shrug:

I bent one of my rims going down Michigan Avenue a few months ago by the railroad tracks. Hate that road :nonono:

When I'm out there during school I swear I can feel my car age and deteriorate driving around out there. Nebraska over by Douglas is real bad, sometimes my cd player won't even read a disc on that road, when it will continue to play while taking speed bumps at 20-25.
