Vaccum Hose Routing

Does anyone have a diagram or schematic for all of the vaccum hose routings? Doing the UIM/LIM rebuild I seem to have gotten all of my lines mixed up as I didn't follow the directions in the DIY section, step by step... instead of removing the two bolts on the EVR, I chose to disconnect all of the lines and leave the EVR bolted to the UIM. I must say that the moron sandwiches I had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were most delicious!

Red goes to FPR, green to EGR, one grey and one black to the ones out of the firewall.
