Is this normal? It says SVT Contour then list the kgs and tire pressures and what not, but every word on it is in spansih. is this in spanish on all Contour SVTs

Well I called SVT to see If I had a top secret Spanish car, they said that the car was originally and USA car sold in Florida and that the worker must have put it on by mistake.
