Oil Pan / O2 Sensor

I've noticed my oil pan seems to be leaking a little, but im not losing any oil. I snagged a couple pics while i was changing the oil to get an idea...

Is this anything to be concerned about? Its not anywhere near dripping, its kind of like its getting...well, soggy?

Also, this is the wire thats hanging down from my car. My CEL said oxygen sensor, and after checking here, I was told that it doesnt do much except monitor the performance of the cat, which im really not worried about.

You're going to want to fix both. I had that kind of moisture on my transmission when it was time to replace the gasket. Not your problem, but something needs replacing.

The O2 is a five minute job.

If you are going to change the gasket, might as well get the upgraded oil pan. I think it is like $150 from BAT.
