BAT bar doesnt fit

Have any of you had a problem with the collars on the BAT sway bar being too narrow? Ive measured mine, and they are narrower than the stock bar by a total of 1/4". Ive called BAT, and they said no one has complained about it before, and they are almost half way through their 100 bar batch so they seem to think someone might have mentioned it by now.

This may not be the problem, however. Ive upgraded my subframe mounts to the kind that bolt in at both ends, instead of the stupid tab at one end. The new bushings and 'straps' are wider, and may be the source of my issues. I dunno.

Has anyone else run into this problem with their BAT bar?
 
I think it was a combination of things. The collars on the BAT bar are definitely narrower or closer together than the stock bar. However, my new sway bar bushings are also huge, so the two together lead to some problems. I got it all sorted out, however. I dont think it would have been an issue with a stock mount, but who wants that?
