Strut tower bar ?

Anyone know where to get a front strut tower brace ? i want something to stiffin up the body and eliminate body flex a bit more to go along with my lowering springs/struts :shrug:
 
do you read the FAQ? i think you need to learn to search and don't say you do cause all day i have been reading posts about stupid stuff that pops up real fast in search!
 
If you're looking to stiffen up the chassis, a front STB does almost nothing except look cool and restrict access to the brake fluid reservoir. What you should be looking for is subframe connectors and/or a rear strut tower bar. Both of those do something substantial/noticeable.

I do!! :laugh: I'm still pretty much a newb, but I try to search for whatever I want first, then ask. I hate going over to the old board to search though... (read lazy)

IIRC the one BAT offers is made by OMP and comes in red only now. Production is only red. It was also available in YELLOW before. I LIKE RED :shrug:

But ya the searching thing would work out easier then gettin loaded on with horse poopie!:nonono:

like bradness said it does basically nothing. spend money elsewhere. i have sfc's + rstb and i feel massive improvement over stock.

Wuts up with the STB or subframe connectors(wut exactly are they)?

I looked for a Rear strut bar and came up as well and came up EMPTY-HANDED! Any hints!

Didnt really do any research yet im kinda in a hurry to go out! Will do so when I get back! Thx!

So why would anyone post in half of these forums anyway since the car itself along with 65% of it's aftermarket hasn't been made in years???

I hate people that clutter up the forums with thier self rightous I am better than thou attitude.

it is not i am better then you. i never once said that. all my statement was ment to mean is how hard is it to use the search and type in strut tower bar. why do we even have the search on here then. you get flamed if you don't us it and you get flamed if you tell people to use it. no one ever said i or any one was better thn him. he just needs to search. and just to clear this up my line was not you the faq.. it was do you read the FAQ.. the stickey tell you mostly what you want to know. where to get parts what is for sale for that part of your car. common sense is it not??????
