What would YOU pay?

Look at the ebay accounts bidding on it. Looks odd to me... Mint car - sounds like they pounded the **** outa it and broke the spider gears. I'd buy it if it wasn't so far away. I'd probably give them 5K for it - that car is clean.

Its not that clean. $5-6G is a good price for a nice one with about 100K miles. Note Jim Hahn's recent pickup. By the book, taking into account the market, with a dash of consideration for the fact that these cars are rare but not classic, I say you're safe up to $3500 for a car that is otherwise solid but not driveable prior to a minor / moderate repair.

Don't get me wrong, I love these cars -- my Tropic Green is a source of constant joy, but don't be overly quick to spend the ranch.

"To help keep the eBay community safe, enhance bidder privacy, and protect our members from fraudulent emails (such as fake second chance offers), eBay has changed how bid history information is displayed. If you place a bid on a higher-priced item, only you and the seller of the item can view your User ID in the bid history. Other members can no longer view User IDs and will see anonymous names, such as Bidder 1."

I guess I'll :troutslap: myself. I havnt been on ebay in awhile because as soon as I start buying stuff I can't stop... Christmas last year creeped over a grand... on myself!

I like to see who is bidding on things - whatever. I really dont need 2 2000 Black and Tan CSVTs....

Yes you do! In fact, you need 3.

And while you're working to spend money like there's no tomorrow, get a SHO. I guarantee you that restoring one will provide you with plenty of opportunities to spend all your salary.

i like how he added that you can drive the car around the world in 100k light years per second.. anyone else catch that..

i guess my cars not up to par.. i can only pull of 96k light years per second, that revolution of the earth might have just been messed up that day..

That is pretty quick. I missed a left turn today in mine. That must have been why.
