it seems like it would be easy enough to do. i can get the materials for cheap and someone at my dad's work could weld it for free. i was just wondering what you guys thought. i'm sort of broke, ya know

yep. The auto zones are plastic, and im not sure if they are the same size opening..

Its not AutoZone its Pepboys. $19.95 iirc.
Search and you will find a thread all about different MAF adapters and how well they match up.

search for KKM adapter diameter. A great collection of tech for all the options. Maybe make it a sticky???
